MISSION
Tasks and responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies and plans aligned with business objectives, target audience, and market trends.
Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including planning, content creation, asset development, scheduling, and delivery.
Industrialize campaign management and apply the latest technologies to achieve scale as well as cost efficiency.
Focus on client-centric campaigns that highlight our portfolio of services and client segmentation, using a data-driven approach.
Build the Arcondis brand across all our global regions and increase brand awareness in new markets – US and Singapore.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Partner with various internal Arcondis stakeholders including subject matter experts to drive lead generation efforts against tangible KPIs (key performance indicators) through various marketing channels, such as email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
Optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI (Return on Investment).
Content Development and Management:
Collaborate with internal Arcondis stakeholders and content creators to develop compelling campaign assets, including business cases, landing pages, emails, blog posts, social media content, and more.
Ensure consistency and quality of content across all marketing touchpoints.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
Propose and implement proper campaign performance tools to track ROI.
Track campaign performance, analyze data and identify opportunities to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Conduct A/B testing, utilize marketing automation tools, and implement data-driven optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Service Line Leads, Service Delivery Network teams, Account and Project Leads, and other key stakeholders in a matrix organization to align campaign objectives and strategies.
Manage external vendors, including creative and digital agencies to execute campaign elements effectively.
Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenses to ensure campaign effectiveness within the allocated budget.

STUDIES
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (5 years +) as a Marketing Campaign Manager or similar role in digital marketing preferably in the life sciences industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.
Experience in using marketing automation platforms, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and campaign management tools.
Solid understanding of social media for business purposes, e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and metrics-driven decision-making.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with storytelling and content-driven marketing in English is necessary.
Graphic design experience: InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Pragmatic, solution oriented hands-on mentality is a pre-requisite for success.
Excellent English (written and spoken), German or any other language is an asset.
