Terms:
- Role: Smart Device Testing Moderator
- Type: Freelance contract
- Location: Obentrautstraße 72, 10963 Berlin, Germany
- Duration: 1 month
- Capacity: Up to 8 hours daily, Monday to Friday
- Language: Bilingual German/English
- Pay: $18 USD per hour
Responsibilities:
- Check-in and check-out smart device testers
- Instruct, guide and assist testers through the smart device testing session
- Perform basic troubleshooting on smart devices; set up, clean smart devices
- Escalate smart device problems or tester reported issues to the designated Lead
- Collaborate with team members and communicate updates across the team
- Attend related trainings, status and related team meetings
Qualifications:
- Strong communications skills
- Customer service experience - IT/hardware/wearables a plus!
- Can follow detailed technical documentation & instructions
- Problem solving capabilities
- Be a quick learner
- Must be dependable!
Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Pay: 17.50€ per hour
