Spinalogic Wellness, a specialized center of excellence for spinal treatment and care, is seeking a dynamic Patient Relationship and Sales Specialist to join our team in Bali. This role is pivotal in nurturing our patient community, promoting our treatments and procedures, and driving our growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, empathetic relationships with patients, understanding their needs and guiding them through our treatment options.
- Drive sales by converting new clients to our programs and encouraging existing clients to refer new patients.
- Deliver exceptional, five-star customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and targets through active engagement and strategic planning.
- Work collaboratively with the team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the health industry.
- Outstanding communication skills in English; ability to work with diverse nationalities.
- High emotional intelligence, excellent people skills, and a team-player attitude.
- Active listening and persuasive communication abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
- A degree in Marketing Communication is advantageous.
