Primary Responsibilities:
Key areas of responsibility include:
Process cash payments received, in priority order (lock box, EFT, wire, checks, credit card)
Responsible to process on a weekly basis through AR cash posting module all minor adjustments or offsets.
Responsible to ensure that all unapplied cash receipts in AR will be posted correctly on a timely basis
Provide resolution to customer (inside and outside) inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.
Mailing of invoices and monthly customer statements
Participate in different ad hoc projects including some collections
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required
Basic knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
Quick Learner
Must be a team player with strong communication skills
Excellent organization skills and time management with a capacity to resolve problems and make decisions
