Country Gardens is looking for an enthusiastic horticulturally trained Garden Maintenance operative to help our customers keep their gardens tidy and make the most of the space. Helping customers with the day to day work as well as helping them enhance the garden and develop a space they can enjoy year round, from small city gardens to country estates.
Country Gardens has been helping our customers in their garden for 20 years and over this time has grown, we are looking for someone who is passionate about working in the industry and wants to grow and develop with the company as we take on more new clients and explore new avenues in the horticultural industry. We currently work in teams of 2 meeting each morning at our yard and heading out to the days jobs, from 1 hour to a full day each customer is different but the aim to give the customer the best service possible to help them make the most of their garden.
We are looking for someone enthusiastic, hard working, knowledgable with a want to grow learn and develop, the candidate should have a good knowledge of plants, use of machinery, and good horticultural practices as well as a good ability to work as a part of a team and a good communicators with team members, customers and management.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
