Job Description 1 Train, motivate, and supervise factory operations while adhering to all safety, performance, and environmental standards 2 Ensure production and safety goals are achieved 3 4 Manage and motivate employees to ensure job is accomplished efficiently 5 Oversee all production decisions, including production and quality control-related staffing, scheduling, and materials 6 Conduct facility and equipment audits, and inspect product and process quality 7 Manage and supervise all warehouse and shipping operations Requierements 1 Candidate with manufacturing experience or audit experience would be an added advatages. 2 Good communication skills and good interpersonal skills 3 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 4 Strong physical ability and technical knowledge
