As a Track and Trace Logistics Specialist, you play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ packages are delivered on time and safely. You will work closely with our shipping partners, warehouse team, and customer service team to communicate real-time updates on shipment location, status, and any potential delays or issues.
Responsibilities:

- Monitor shipment status, location, and delivery estimates
- Resolve any potential shipment issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate shipment updates and any delays to customers and internal teams
- Utilize various tracking and reporting tools to monitor and analyze shipment data
- Collaborate with shipping partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of shipment details and documentation
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with logistics and transportation management preferred
- Proficient with tracking and reporting tools and software
- Ability to work well independently and within a team

Salary: ₹15,000.44 - ₹26,376.59 per month
